Eastern Games Revival

Transforming Communities Through Sport: The Eastern Games Revival Apex Strategy 4.0 partnered with East Coast Academy (ECA) to revitalize the iconic Eastern Games, transforming a local sports organization into a catalyst for social change across St. Lucia's eastern communities. Our comprehensive approach included restructuring ECA's constitution to integrate social development mandates, expanding operations from Castries to six marginalized communities (Dennery North, Dennery South, Mon Repos, Micoud, Deruisseaux, and Ti-Roche Micoud), and reimagining the Eastern Games as a vehicle for positive youth engagement. Through strategic event planning, organizational consulting, and targeted media campaigns, we created sustainable frameworks for sport development while addressing critical social issues.

The project delivered measurable impact: 250 youth aged 12-16 directly engaged through structured programming that promotes discipline, teamwork, and essential life skills, funded through strategic partnership with National Lotteries St. Lucia. This initiative demonstrates Apex Strategy 4.0's proven ability to transform organizational vision into tangible community change, combining strategic consulting, project management, and media excellence to create lasting results that extend far beyond traditional sports programming.

Procurement for Regional Permaculture Project

Apex Strategy 4.0 successfully coordinated a groundbreaking agricultural project with CLEAR (The Centre for Livelihoods, Ecosystems, Energy, Adaptation and Resilience in the Caribbean Ltd), establishing 100 climate-smart model farms and home gardens across St. Vincent and the Grenadines and St. Lucia, directly and indirectly impacting over 2,000 people. Our Project Coordination Approach: We managed a sustainable train-the-trainer model, coordinating the selection and training of 10 participants who underwent intensive 6-month training at the Richard Vale Academy in climate-smart ecological farming methods. Our coordination ensured these newly certified trainers successfully returned to their communities to establish model farms and teach sustainable farming practices to local farmers.

Key Results We Delivered:

➤ Coordinated establishment of 100 climate-smart farms and home gardens (60 in St. Vincent, 40 in St. Lucia).

➤ Managed transformation across 10 communities through sustainable agriculture.

➤ Facilitated impact reaching 2,000+ people through direct and indirect channels.

➤ Oversaw strategic procurement and deployment of climate-smart equipment and technologies.

Additional Innovation Coordination:

Through our management of CLEAR's School Feeding Program across the OECS region, we coordinated the introduction of lasagna gardening techniques in schools throughout St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Grenada, and Dominica, creating sustainable food security solutions for educational institutions.

Procurement for Regional Permaculture Project

Apex Strategy 4.0 delivered comprehensive project coordination and consulting services for the Agriculture Alliance of the Caribbean (AACARI), successfully expanding their acclaimed Ecological Farming Program across St. Lucia. Our service portfolio included complete project consulting from proposal development to execution management, strategic procurement coordination, professional documentation, and media services. Funded by the New Zealand High Commission Fund Caribbean Division, this initiative strengthened food security, enhanced rainwater harvesting capacity, improved soil fertility, and boosted biodiversity throughout the region.

We coordinated infrastructure installation and procurement across five strategic educational institutions spanning the entire island - from solar pumps and automatic drip irrigation systems to water storage tanks and complete rainwater harvesting systems. Our team facilitated comprehensive engagement with school administrators and teachers while managing community outreach initiatives. Additionally, we supervised climate-smart farming training delivery through hybrid formats and implemented a sustainable train-the-trainer model to ensure long-term program continuity.

The project achieved remarkable measurable impact, reaching 1,400 total beneficiaries including 800 secondary students, 100 teachers, and 500 community farmers across five transformed schools. Our coordination established sustainable school feeding programs supported by crop production, implemented monitoring and evaluation systems, and created lasting capacity through trained community leaders. This AACARI partnership demonstrates Apex Strategy 4.0's expertise in managing complex multi-stakeholder agricultural initiatives that deliver measurable educational and community transformation.

Establish & Register Dennery Falcons (Community-Based Oroganization)

Apex Strategy 4.0 provided comprehensive organizational structure consulting to establish the Dennery Falcons, a community-based sports education organization dedicated to cultivating athletic potential among youth aged 10-19 in Dennery Village. Our consulting services focused on reigniting community spirit and transforming the area back into a sporting powerhouse by building strong community-oriented programs. Through strategic organizational development, we helped establish a clear mission and vision centered on uniting the community under shared athletic goals while inspiring other clubs to revitalize their own programs.

Our deliverables included complete organizational foundation work: establishing the mission, vision, and purpose statements; rallying and structuring a functional executive team; managing the full registration process including meetings, voting procedures, and establishing critical relationships with governing bodies like the St. Lucia Athletics Association (SLAA) and Ministry of Youth and Sports. We also coordinated the establishment of banking infrastructure, orchestrated the official club launch, and developed a comprehensive social media ecosystem to support ongoing community engagement. This strategic foundation now supports 50 young athletes in Dennery Village, creating a sustainable platform for long-term athletic development and community unity.
